This Privacy Policy explains how Dab Rite BTI, LLC ("Dab Rite," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Dab Rite BTI platform at dabritebti.com, our associated store, and related features and services (the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service. The Platform is intended only for people 21 and older.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide:

  • Account information: name or username, email address, password, and date of birth or other age verification information
  • Profile and content: profile details, photos, videos, posts, comments, messages, temperature data, reviews, and anything else you submit to the Platform
  • Maker and brand information: business name, licensing details, and related documentation submitted for Maker or brand profiles
  • Purchase information: shipping address, order details, and order history. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors; we do not store full payment card numbers
  • Communications: messages you send us, support requests, and survey responses

Information collected automatically: device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, actions taken on the Platform, approximate location derived from IP address, and cookie and similar tracking data used for login, preferences, analytics, and marketing performance.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • operate and improve the Platform;
  • display your profile and content;
  • compile and publish aggregated BTI statistics;
  • process and ship orders;
  • verify age and eligibility;
  • send service messages and, with your consent or as permitted by law, marketing emails you can opt out of at any time;
  • moderate content and enforce our Terms of Service;
  • protect the security of the Platform; and
  • comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

  • With service providers who help us run the Platform, such as hosting, analytics, email marketing, payment processing, and shipping partners, who may use it only to provide services to us;
  • With independent Pure Craft Collective artists as needed to fulfill orders for their consignment pieces (for example, name and shipping details);
  • Publicly, when you choose to post content: your profile, posts, comments, and other public activity are visible to other users and may appear in search engines;
  • To comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect the rights, safety, and property of Dab Rite, our users, or others; and
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case this Policy will continue to apply to your information.

Please remember that participation in a cannabis-related community may be sensitive. Anything you post publicly is your choice to make public. Consider what you share, including in photos and usernames.

4. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for login sessions, preferences, analytics, and measuring marketing performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and where required by law we honor applicable opt-out signals. Disabling cookies may limit some features.

5. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

You can update your profile information in your account settings and unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, email legal@dabritebti.com with your request. We will verify your identity and respond as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

6. Data Retention and Security

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed for the purposes described above, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Aggregated or de-identified data, such as BTI statistics, may be retained indefinitely. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information, but no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Age Restriction

The Platform is for people 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21, and never from children under 13. If we learn we have collected information from someone under 21, we will delete it and close the account. Contact us at legal@dabritebti.com if you believe an underage person has an account.

8. International Users

The Platform is operated from the United States and information is processed and stored in the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the United States, including Canada, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new effective date, and for material changes we will provide notice on the Platform or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
